 | Regarded as the precursor and manager of the technological transformation of South Korea of the last 20 years, Dr. Myung Oh has been awarded such titles as “Master Manager,” “Alchemist of the IT Industry” and “Best Public Servant of Korea,” among others. Dr. Oh prepared the foundations for the development of the Super–Mini Computer and CDMA technology and for the elevation of Korean IT industry and infrastructure to world-class level. He has also served as Korean Deputy Prime Minister for Science and Technology, Presidential Secretary for the Economy and Science, Minister of Communications, Minister of Science and Technology, and President and Director of the Korean daily Dong-a. He is currently President of the University of Konkuk in Seoul. |
