The International ICT Congress -ANDICOM- is an annual project sponsored by the Telecommunications Research Center of Colombia -CINTEL- unique in the region through its format as an Academic Congress with the support of a commercial exhibit and an excellent environment to promote businesses. 

ANDICOM has positioned itself as a reference in the sector of Information and Communication Technology, in our country and at international level as well.

The Congress gathers around 2.000 participants every year including industry leaders of enterprises, government and academic key figures in order to generate significant synergies that shape and often define sector policies.
